tv_buzzworthy 10dbMonticello– The University of Arkansas at Monticello will have their Commencement Ceremony on May 10 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Public safety will be busy regulating traffic so that everything runs smoothly.

During football season public safety officers block off the road at the public safety office and the Cotton Bowl Stadium on the opposite side, for tail-gating purposes. Public safety will be doing the same this Friday for the Commencement Ceremony.

There will be extra officers present to help navigate parking and to give directions to Steelman Field House, where the ceremony will take place.

Public Safety will be allowing people with disabilities to be dropped off in front of Steelman Field House or park in the parking lot located to the right of the Field House.

For those that do have to park further away, public safety will be providing a shuttling service via golf carts. This will provide a faster way to the stadium as opposed to walking.

Lastly, Public Safety arranged for an ambulance, in case of emergencies, to be at the Commencement Meeting.
